We took inspiration from the machine "LADRILLERA CONCI" made by an Argentina-based company, to design our improved model of brick laying machine with extra features and as per the needs of Indian brick-making business.
We used CREO software to make Parts and assembly of this complex machine. We even made animation videos of its working.
The extra features this machine has as compared to the existing one are:
1. It has Frog making mechanism in it which the former lacked.
2. It runs on Hybrid Power, i.e. diesel engine as well as electricity.
3. There is a Hydraulic mechanism for the movements of parts that were moved with the help of a link mechanism in the former design.
